HIRE IT REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for your purchase with Hire It (Natal) Pty Ltd.
Hire It will accept, for return or exchange, equipment that is new unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. All Items returned must be in their original packaging.
From date of receipt of goods the customer will have 7 working days to log the return and 7 calendar days to return the goods to Hire It at 6 Caversham Road Pinetown.
The item/s must be in the original packaging and include the invoice number/receipt of proof of purchase.
